Hola Canarias In this case, it’s more like “Who am I?”
I’m Marina Martín, the creator of this project.
A professional advertiser with over 18 years of experience in the commercial and customer service sector, a surf enthusiast, and a lover of nature and outdoor sports since I can remember.
I moved to the Canary Islands in 2019, where I currently live, and I represent all the brands you can find on this website. Like most of us who are “adopted” into this paradise that is the Canary Islands, I left everything behind to start living the life that makes me happy. Fortunately, I’ve also turned my passion into my current profession.
I carry out my role as an agent independently; with some brands through In-Process, and with others directly with the brand in question.
I could describe myself like one would in a resume, but I don’t think it would add much, so if you want a reference, I’ll leave a link here with reviews from clients and brands I work with.

What I can talk to you about are my professional values:
– Personalized and close treatment: Every school/shop is unique, so I like to personally listen to each client, understand their needs, and figure out how I can help them “simplify” their work.
– Professionalism: After many years working in a large company, I must admit that I’m a bit demanding when it comes to my work because I like to do things professionally and responsibly.
– A good after-sales service is essential: For me, providing great service before and during the sale is just as important as after, in case any issues or complications arise. I see it as my responsibility and always try to offer solutions. I like to know when my clients receive their orders and ensure everything went smoothly.
– Feedback and learning: I love receiving feedback from my clients to improve on any aspects necessary and listening to their concerns and needs to offer solutions whenever possible.
– Innovation: I enjoy staying updated on new trends and products, trying to bring things/brands to the islands that we don’t have, but that can add value.
– National brands: As is logical, and especially in our sector, I don’t only work with national brands, but I do enjoy contributing to the growth and development of “local” brands.
– Long-term relationships: I believe in building long-term relationships and agreements, which is why for me, providing great service at all times, regardless of the type of client, is essential.
– Education and good manners: I believe that “communication is key” and that good manners are necessary in every area. I like to be kind and treat people with respect and politeness, and I do not tolerate disrespect.
– Languages: I can assist you in both my native Spanish and fluent English. I also understand Italian and some French.
